ส่งไฟล์ jpg ผ่านไลน์ด้วย vba

ผมลองนำ vba code จากเวบนี้ไปลองส่งไฟล์งานด้วยการใช้ผ่าน msaccess2013 แต่ไม่สามารถส่งได้ ตัวอย่าง code
