กำหนดค่า Drop Down List ใน Data Validation ที่Sheet อื่น

Data Validation ใน Excel 2010 ไม่สามารถกำหนดค่าใน Drop Down List ที่ Sheet อื่นได้เหรอคะ ทำตอนแรกได้ค่ะ แต่พอ Save แล้วเปิดใหม่ มันก็ไม่มี Drop Down List แล้วค่ะ

Collumn E in WPQR Sheet ka.. Try to get the List from Sheet 1 ka..

So sorry ka Archan, but mine is not like what you are showing. After I saved the file and reopen, I have to make the Data Validation again to retrieve the list from the other sheet. Unlike when I have all in the same sheet, there won't be any problem ka.. Thank you anyway na ka.. I will put them in the same sheet ka.. T_T

I saw that the title of your file shown "Compatibility Mode". That means you have saved in 2003- format and can't use validation in other sheet. Only Excel 2010 can use validation on other sheet.

It because I got the file from someone else to continue the records and I just saved without changing the version ka...
