check between two sheets

Hi Dear,

I have created a formula to compare two sheets base on LD number.I write a formula in sheet check.i check many stuffs to ensure data from system are correct.
The data in sheet intranet and t24 update every day but my formula seems having problem.if the data by columns is the same the status will be Ok otherwise Check.
Could anyone recommend which is better way to check both sheets make sure data is in agreement.
I also attached a file for you to correct my formula in sheet check "Status"
I also wait for a VBA solution if is possible since data in both sheets daily update

What is the problem in your formulas?

In Sheet check ,my formula working not fine yet the purpose is to check LD, Currency, loan fee,CBC fee,loan category...etc to make sure the data is correctly input.i mean I need your help to verify items between two sheets like LD,loan fee,CBC,loan category,rate,loan term...
Those items must be match.
Do you have another way to do this more reliable?
