After checking the result in cell D9, I found that your data did not meet the conditions in the SUMIFS function, particularly at the part 'LN Active-Data'!$AP$5:$AP$163, C9. After filtering your data, only 2 records were found.

Be aware that you can utilize a filter to verify your results when employing SUMIFS.
