I would like to know how the sample results as attached for L3 =110 ,L6=120, L24=110 become? I mean what is the criteria to get them all?

I'm still uncelar about your points.

I know the criteria is in column P&R actually by refer to your testing formula in M3.

However, the sample answers that you placed in L3 = 110 , L6 =120, L21=110 look like impossible to return like that numbers by refer to the SUMIFS formula method in M3 because of the criteria R:R,"<="&F3.


No values in column "R" less than or equal "F3" position, then the results that the testing formula return 0 should be the exact answer.

Then if you need the results return by the sample answers in L3=110 , L6=120, L21=110 , I would like to know about the calculation method to get them all by manual calculation.
