Hi Dear
I need help on how to work back the 2157.25 to 10000. I used the function as in attached.
Simply put, what you are seeing is calculating the income tax based on the Taxable Income but I want a formula where I can calculate the Taxable income based on the Income tax. Thanks

As the Approximate Match by Vlookup method, I don't think it could solve this problem that you're asking for by just only refer the table information data that provided.


Example
10000=(Income Tax-542)/0.25+3539

10000=(2157.25-542)/0.25+3539

By the way ,If just only have based on the Income Tax number-- It could not know 542 and 0.25 and 3539 come from.

Any suggestion, please share.
